MBA Bank Compensation and Benefits Survey
As your association, MBA wants to provide its members with information that will help them be even more competitive and successful. The 2024 MBA Bank Compensation and Benefits Survey is just one way to help you make that happen.
Information is collected on almost 100 full-time positions, in addition to employee benefit, director, incentive compensation and retention/recruiting information. The results are reported by asset categories and geographic regions. All data are reported in summary format to prevent identification of a specific bank's compensation information. All data submitted remains confidential and will be used for no other purposes.
This year's survey includes a new report on regional data from five states (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Ohio).
MBA members participating in the 2024 survey may purchase the results at the discounted price of $250. For participants purchasing the survey results, a customized individual bank report also will be made available. The nonparticipating member price is $500. Survey results will be available later this summer.
