This position will serve as a key member of the executive management team at the bank’s headquarters in Springfield and will provide leadership, direction and development of the bank’s entire commercial banking program (including deposit, corporate services, commercial lending and business development).

This role requires proven business development success, a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with an emphasis in finance or accounting and a minimum of five years’ experience in commercial banking with management/leadership responsibilities or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Chief Financial Officer
An integral member of the executive management team, the chief financial officer will provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure Old Missouri Bank has the proper financial and operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization. Central Bank of Boone County in Columbia seeks a mortgage lender to join its team. Responsibilities include actively calling on prospective customers and referral contacts; developing residential mortgage referrals by establishing relationships with realtors, builders, developers and other potential referral sources; interviewing loan applicants to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk; and evaluating clients’ financial conditions and recommending the terms and conditions of the loan. 

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities for this position. Five years of recent mortgage lending origination experience is preferred. Candidates should have knowledge of current bank lending procedures and policies (state and federal), lending regulations, lien laws, collection/bankruptcy regulations and loan documentation.
