Loan Operations Manager
Phelps County Bank is hiring a loan operations manager to join its team. This position works with both the Phelps County (Rolla) and Greene County (Springfield) markets, and it can be located in Rolla or Springfield.
Responsibilities
- oversee the recruitment, hiring and ongoing management of a team of loan operations staff
- ensure team has the necessary skills and capacity to efficiently process and service loans while adhering to compliance regulations and meeting production goals
- serve as the people leader for the loan operations department
Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree; prefer bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field
- at least 7 years in banking, with detailed knowledge of residential, commercial, consumer and leasing loan products
- minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management role within loan operations
- equivalent combination of education and experience
