Branch Manager
OMB Bank is hiring a branch manager to lead its retail team in Carthage. OMB Bank is a growing, fast-paced $1.3 billion financial institution. The ideal candidate would have experience working for institutions of equal or greater size and be able to adapt quickly as new projects are presented, while sustaining community bank level service.
Responsibilities
- support the efficient operation of the branch
- supervise and coach retail staff
- ensure deposit tasks are properly performed by staff while complying with audit and compliance procedures
- engage customers to build relationships
- perform business development activities to promote OMB products and services
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university in a business-related field or equivalent level of relevant training and experience
- two or more years of team management experience
- three or more years of retail banking experience, including teller transactions and new accounts
- basic knowledge of the federal, state and other governing agencies regulations and requirements related to bank processing and transaction monitoring
