MBA is proud to offer the virtual Education and Trainers Forum. This forum provides an opportunity for bank educators, directors and trainers to exchange ideas freely and examine pressing challenges in today’s ever-evolving regulatory, cost-conscience and results-driven environment.

As a business owner and a former banker, Becky Hickman has more than 24 years of experience and success in creating innovative and collaborative professional development and learning programs in the financial industry. Her credentials include coaching sales, instructional design, facilitation and problem-solving certifications.

As a former banker, Dianne Barton, founder and president of Performance Solutions Inc., provides a full array of bank specific learning solutions -- including leadership and management development, regulatory and compliance implementations, retail growth strategies, sales and service culture development and strategic planning -- that are recognized as “real-world solutions” by both regional banks and community banks.

Registration Fees

Fees include program materials.

  • MBA Member Fees -- $999 per person
  • Nonmember Fee -- $3,000 per person

Participation in MBA programs is limited to members, associate members and nonmembers from an eligible membership category at applicable member or nonmember rates.

Cancellation/Refunds

Due to our commitments, the price is inclusive of all three sessions. A full refund for the three-session forum will be given for cancellations received before the first session. Any registrant who does not cancel before the first session will be billed the full registration fee and sent the materials. Substitutions are welcome at no additional charge.
