Who Should Attend

Marketing and retail managers, senior management, sales managers and those in compliance would find valuable information to help with the website optimization at their banks. Those directly involved with the bank’s website would benefit greatly from this seminar.

Sessions

Website Strategies and Digital Marketing Must-Haves

Discover the key elements and best practices for creating a user-friendly and effective bank website, covering essential components that enhance user experience, accessibility and security. Learn strategies to drive traffic and engagement on your website through search engine marketing tactics, including the latest techniques in SEO, digital advertising and content creation, that help your bank stand out in a crowded digital landscape.

Social Media Strategies That Build Conversations

Unlock the power of social media to build your bank’s online visibility on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and others. Dive into the different types of social posts, with a special focus on the growing popularity of video content. In addition, discover how to enhance personal visibility as a banking professional on LinkedIn, leveraging it to build meaningful connections and establish your own professional brand.

A Banker’s Guide to Leveraging Artificial Intelligence

Explore how artificial intelligence can transform your bank’s marketing strategies and operational efficiency. Learn about AI-driven tools that automate data-intensive and nonpersonal activities, freeing up time for bankers to focus on building (and solidifying) customer relationships. Discuss practical applications of AI to boost productivity without reducing headcount, enhancing your bank’s overall effectiveness. Each participant will develop their own unique AI Principles Statement, which can serve as the foundation for further training and policy development when returning to the office.
