Dianne Barton is president of Performance Solutions Inc., a training and consulting company that specializes in providing solutions to the key challenges facing banks in attracting and building relationships with customers. Kristin Harville is an experienced and knowledgeable compliance professional with an extensive background as a banker, an examiner and a consultant, bringing a wealth of “real world” knowledge that goes beyond the regulations. Her most recent experience before joining PSI included leading a $2.7 banking compliance team focused on BSA, compliance management system, internal audit, technology implementation and enterprise risk management.
