Instructors

Dianne Barton is president of Performance Solutions Inc., a training and consulting company that specializes in providing solutions to the key challenges facing banks in attracting and building relationships with customers. PSI’s training programs are designed to “close the gap” between the banks’ needs and employees’ skills. Her trademark “real world” scenarios give participants insight into the practical application of new skills and knowledge.

Kristin Harville is an experienced and knowledgeable compliance professional with an extensive background as a banker, an examiner and a consultant, bringing a wealth of “real world” knowledge that goes beyond the regulations. Her most recent experience before joining PSI included leading a $2.7 banking compliance team focused on BSA, compliance management system, internal audit, technology implementation and enterprise risk management.

This program is designed for BSA/AML compliance and fraud team members and support staffs, audit team members, and individuals with accountability and responsibility for BSA Compliance. Because the focus is on emerging trends and hot topics, the program is more appropriate for those who have a working knowledge of BSA/AML.

Registration Fees

  • MBA Member Fees
    • First Registrant -- $340 per person
    • Each Additional -- $320 per person
  • Nonmember Fee
    • $1,360 per person

Remember that this registration is per person only; multiple people in the same room attending the program is discouraged. The only exception is when all the registrants have enrolled separately and each registrant has paid their own individual registration fee.

Cancellation/Refunds

Full registration fees will be refunded if a cancellation is received before Oct. 18. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after Nov. 6. All cancellations must be submitted in written format before the event. 

Virtual Live Format

Attendees will need internet access and a standard web browser to join this video and web conferencing. They will receive an email with a link to join the virtual meeting, handouts and any additional information a few days before each event. You do not need your own Zoom account. You will use the link, meeting ID and password we provide.
