Beneficial Ownership

Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, many new and existing companies will have to report information about the company and about their beneficial owners to FinCEN. Detailed information, FAQs and instructions can be found on FinCEN's website. Those resources are updated frequently by FinCEN.
