Chief Financial Officer

Loan Officer

Progressive Ozark Bank in Houston seeks a loan officer to negotiate, underwrite and coordinate the closing of consumer, commercial and agriculture loans in compliance with the bank’s lending policies and procedures. The loan officer builds and maintains relationships within the community and civic groups and represents the bank at related events.

Candidates should be adept in verbal and written communication, both professionally and personally. The position requires excellence in customer service, thoroughness, confidentiality, analytical decision making, quality focus and the ability to move between differing tasks quickly and efficiently. The loan officer must be professional with the ability to use constructive criticism from process reviews. An agricultural-related background is preferred.

Individuals interested in this position must be a resident of Texas County and/or adjoining counties in Missouri. This is a full-time position that does require some work in the evenings and Saturdays, as needed, for loan closings and community activities.
