About Bank Counsel Section
MBA Board of Directors established the Bank Counsel Section in 1993 to provide an opportunity for cooperation and mutual support for attorneys and counselors dedicated to furthering commercial banking in Missouri through membership in a banking organization.
Who Can Join
- Any attorney employed by an MBA member bank or MBA associate member law firm may participate as an MBA Bank Counsel member on a complimentary basis.
- Individual attorneys in private practice may join on an individual dues paying basis if the attorney represents one or more banks and does not generally represent clients adverse to banking.
- Application Form
- Firms with two or more banking attorneys may find that the benefits of becoming an MBA associate member offer a better value with additional marketing and networking opportunities.
