Private Banking Executive Manager
Central Bank’s senior executive team is seeking an experienced leader to unite its platform around core customer segments supporting its growth agenda. A successful leader in this new role will quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive client-centered collaboration and outcomes.
This position spearheads the development of a cutting-edge private banking platform to include product development and implementation, encompassing wealth management, credit facilities, banking products and the seamless integration of financial planning services. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our offerings and ensuring the highest level of service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities
- develop and implement a strategic vision for the private banking platform, aligning with the goals and objectives of the organization
- lead the design and creation of specialized private banking products and services tailored to high-net-worth clients, including wealth management solutions, credit facilities, deposit offerings and bespoke financial planning services
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including wealth management, risk management, technology and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of private banking offerings
- stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation
- cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, senior management and external partners, to drive growth and client satisfaction
- in collaboration with banking CEO partners, provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement
- monitor and evaluate the performance of the private banking platform, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for optimization
- develop a comprehensive compensation package for our private bankers, aligning results with our compensation structure
- ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field; MBA, JD, CFA, CPA, or CFP preferred
- proven track record of success in private banking or wealth management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role
- deep understanding of the needs and preferences of high-net-worth clients, along with a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver tailored solutions
- strong business acumen, with the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and initiatives
- strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities
- sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
